So obviously this in particular is a porn company renting out a club and filling it with strippers/pornstars, but, if the question is whether people have sex in clubs, it varies, but I think generally not: there's plenty of grinding and groping, but I don't think club owners are keen to have the problems associated with people just going at it in the club. I don't know about ultra-high end stuff, but my guess is that, while you can find a raunchy club where you can do whatever you want for enough money, high end clubs probably discourage anything that will cause obvious problems.
