What did she expect? That is was going to be easy. 'Hey son i fuck on camera for a living, and most of your friends will probably find out and watch me getting freaky, then take the piss out of you'. I also love the fact that she's now trying to hide it from her son, but keeps her awards on display.
There also seems to be a lot of pornstar moms around these days, Tori Black, Austin Taylor, Kristal Summers, there's a few more as well. I also remember Jenna Jameson saying that she was giving up porn in order for her kids to have a normal upbringing. Yeah Jenna great idea, your the most famous pornstar in the world and your husband is a former world champion UFC fighter, that's always going to be normal isn't it. There's more chance of a lovechild between Kate Winslet and Marilyn Manson having a more normal upbringing, then her kids. It just shows you how out of touch some people are in this world. Although i do agree with her decision, because she's clearly being more responsable then most people in the industry appear to be.
But anyways i guess it doesn't really matter what they do for a living as long as the love there kids and treat them right.

That was my first thought when I read this too. "Hey, here's my real name.... and I've got a kid that I'm keeping a secret from!" Most of America would have no earthly idea who she even is. But with millions of viewers, I'm sure that being on 20/20 helped her keep her secret safe. I don't know who she is either - never heard of her. But I'm going to take a guess that she's not a member of Mensa.
