WOW ok I love serious questions and thanks for asking my opinion. I totally hear what you are saying. I think MOST women prefer the "load" vs. the dribble simply because there is an (unrealistic as it may be) implied pleasure. What I mean is, to a woman....if a guy has a huge load and cums all over or in her we think "damn he was really into me and loved the sex....HOT!" if it is a dribble, being as sensitive as women can be it is almost like "damn he was not really into me, must not be that good". Now of course with any anatomy and phys background one KNOWS this is not the case. There are many factors that center around the amount of cum and how cum looks. But remember women too can be visual creatures. SO again to answer your question I would say more prefer the load vs the dribble.
