So what? It's mostly all about the shape
But obviously, it's a gift of nature, if a babe has round, full tits - it's a big advantage.. on the other hand, not every surgery gives the best results

Have you ever felt fake tits? They are not even close to feeling as good as natural ones.
There is no comparison. Fake tits by default can never be considered "perfect."
Fake boobs = immitation.
