Definately the photos in which a younger Rebecca Lord (a bit of an odd choice to some for a big tit selection; I know) looks more fuller as she is on her back or bends over and exzagurates. Also a young Jamie Lee Curtis, of course. Surprised no one has named her yet.
And my vote for 'damn near-perfect implants" of the last few years easily is a tie between two fellow Britons: an older Roxanne Hall and the new & improved Sophie Dee, who is proof-posative that with a skilled enough surgeon and enough cash and JUST the right size, a more flat chested woman can indeed improve her looks and gain a bust and more self-confidance. She looks radient out there now.
As a small time runner-up: I've had a copy of the special "VIP Edition" of the infamous bad movie Showgirls for years now, and Elizabeth Berkley has some nice perks in her scenes, with a fine olive skin tan. I would love to suck on'em for a full hour. once had a dream she gained her notority form not doing Showgirls, but instead jumping right head-first into the adult film industry not even two years after her Saved by the Bell years. In my dream I was of course one of her frequent co-stars (hehe) and an E! True Hollywood Story crew breifly interviewed me about her well over eight years in the biz after her SBTB teeny-bobber years, and asked what it was like to be one of the few male co-stars to star with her consistantly in well over two dozen Wicked & Vivid shot films.
