For your information Bonnie also directs movies, so there's quite a huge possibility that she is talking about movies she is directing and not actually taking part in. She even agreed to doing an IR movie some time ago (some tweet somewhere, I am sure you can find it if you bother searching for it) only to troll people with the fact that she was only directing it.
"what kind of themed movie would you like for me to shoot next?" sounds more like she is asking for a theme for her next movie she is directing/shooting. She is sometimes present in the movies she directs, but not very likely in this case.
The fact that she said "already booked" could refer to her having already booked the starts to take part in it.
If you have any information that would lead me to believe that she is actually talking about movies she herself takes part in I would love to hear it because I would love to see her do an IR scene, it's just very unlikely that it'll happen now near the peak of her career.
