I can't speak for that specific scene, but I did go check some of the Dancing Bear VidClips that I have saved and didn't notice any blue bracelets in any of the scenes.

After watching many scenes, I can confirm by 99% the the bracelet worn (yellow, blue and other colors) is as I said an indication that this chick is not an extra she was paid for blowjobs and some of them for sex.
