Blocked account

Hi there.
My account was blocked few days ago so i called "customer service" thats what they told me:
For your protection, your account was temporarily frozen by the Account Review Department because they need to verify your identity. They need to see a copy of a current government-issued photo ID clearly showing your picture and name.
I mean i never had to do something like this before on any other site im over 18 cuz i have credit card. Sooo is there any other way to unlock my account ?

FreeOnes is a free site and the only time you need a credit card is when you actually want to buy myFreeOnes points.
So are you sure you are talking about the right site?

Send them your ID like they asked you to, FreeOnes live accounts are not the same as message board accounts. That is more than likely the only thing that will get you your account back. It sounds easy enough to me. Hope that helps.
