Hi there.
My account was blocked few days ago so i called "customer service" thats what they told me:
For your protection, your account was temporarily frozen by the Account Review Department because they need to verify your identity. They need to see a copy of a current government-issued photo ID clearly showing your picture and name.
I mean i never had to do something like this before on any other site im over 18 cuz i have credit card. Sooo is there any other way to unlock my account ?
