I think in a bimbo world the rule "the bigger the better" is clearly true.

Implants/body combination sized like Jayna James are perfect in terms of proportions.
I also like Sheyla Hershey implant, although they are slighly close to extreme implants I was mentioning above, she carry them in a really good way.
