They introduced a new law in the UK, so that you can only use a mobile in a vehicle using a hands free system. The result of which we get loads of total fuckin retards trying to txt instead!

That's how the law was first written here too. So you had people doing the even MORE dangerous activity of steering with their knees while they tapped out texts with their thumbs.
