Best fight I ever saw was Bob Probert vs Marty McSorley back...hmm....1996? McSorley was a Penguin. He got bloody but it went on forever and Probby was doubled-over in the sin bin afterward....

I believe that was 94. Classic for sure. Then there's the Domi-Probert and Coxe-Probert series.
Twist never impressed me in his later career fights since he seemed to yank his opponents to get the upper hand and then throw his rights. There could be an arguement about when he did "roids" to help his career. As for his early career, he didn't do much.
