best free software/utilities/tools for downloading pic gallerys from web pages?

any suggestions?

for videos i find free download manager is great. but i could do with something that automatically downloads all the pictures without having to manually do each one. yes, I know im a lazy arse, but computers were invented to make life easier.

I use firefox instead of Explorer and they have an extension called DownloadThemAll

Yes and I also use Flashgot https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/220/ which enables me to save more than 300 pics in one shot.
