For the chicks I would choose Eastern Europe. For the best metal Northern Europe. To see some good soccer Southern Europe. To laugh at people Germany and France.
Honestly, I have no idea. I would choose to go and live there. Winters are cold there, summers very warm. And they have adorable chicks.
