I meant to put this up the other day and forgot.
I think this was a ploy to panic the uninformed public. I guess somebody had to be first :dunno: but I think a bit more publicity on the subject first would have helped. The information I know has been out there for sometime, but let's face it was more readily available on geek sites and tech news. Not all of us keep up with the electronic world.

Oh and about those two $40 coupons we are to get from the government. Here's an interesting little addition of information to add to the pot.
What a waste of funds once again. Do you know what we could do in this country with that kind of money if spent on something needed? Health care, food, training for jobs. I'm sorry but I think people should find their own way to afford them. They are only to be between $50 and $60. I wouldn't want the government giving me a coupon. I will save for one, just like I save for anything else I want. Why should our tax dollars pay for this?

Congress has allotted $990 million for the program, and can increase it by $510 million if necessary.
