No question that Tiffany Towers had the best boob job ever. You couldn't even tell that those massive mams had implants. They'd pancake just like naturals. The key is that there must be enough skin there before surgery to hold them without sttetch marks or ripples.Too bad she needed a reduction, the second round has all the hallmarks of an average job. Go check that old footage though and you'll have to admit that there has been no one to match her sucess since that time. Of course I'm talking about real size here, not some c-cup also ran.
