Do you know how many conservatives are reluctant to voice their beliefs to professors for fear of academic retribution and discrimination?

We're all sinners, take a stroll through the book of Leviticus if you have any doubt, so I suppose that's how it can be rationalized. However, stances against gay marriage and other socially conservative pet issues are hard to reconcile when the argument is that a "lifestyle" must be changed to receive God's grace. My belief that a Christian can backslide and lose their salvation never goes over too well with folks I get into real life discussions with about the topic.

I don't believe anyone can lose their salvation. I think some believe they are born again but never were.
