Aside from different frame, different face, note the ink on her wrist.
There are many many girls on Reality Kings related franchises who go by only 'Lexi'.

Thanks Oppman for the full video from RK. I was unaware that it was from them. It was hard to decipher her right wrist tattoo in the pictures that wyathnt put up. Those pictures were also very small, so it was hard to make her face out. Yes, she is a different girl not Lexi Belle. What does her tattoo say? She also has another "red lips" tattoo on her ass cheek.
