Ok discard my previous comment. I do not think that she is Anna.

Reasons:

* After looking at hundreds of Anna's galleries, I couldn't find this one.
* This girl has trimmed nails, and I am yet to find a gallery in which Anna doesn't have long nails.
* This girl's nose is a bit more sharper than Anna's.
