Sure is. Lucky for the person who filmed this, no face. I read one comment on the site saying it was part of nature.... Someone physically PUT the rat in the TANK. Some people are really stupid, and it is scary.

i found it a little disturbing but I had no idea Bass had that capacity to eat rats like that. Swallowing it just like snakes. I wonder if the Bass was able to even digest cause fish food is so incredibly small and that rat will be in its mouth probably for months. So I wonder if the Bass died like couple days after too?

I don't know that the guy intended this to be "funny." But the dude who made the video did this deliberately, because besides that being a bass tank or whatever, the rat is black and white--the colors you'd expect a pet rat to be. Also bass can be really big, and they eat other fish or large bait. A bass angler could be as big as a mouse or small rat if you're going after the bigger ones.

Where does someone get the idea to do that? If in nature there was some way Rats fell into lakes where the Bass were and they got eaten there then yes that would be fine because thats how nature works.

But for some dumb idiot to basically drown a (from what I can see) domesticated rat for his own enjoyment and then having the thought that others like him would also enjoy it, so he posts it on the internet.

Yeah, somethings wrong with that.

I suppose we can only hope someone drops him in a tank full of sharks.
