Well black people use it to talk to each other, but it is rare a white guy is allowed to cal them it without it being construed as racist. Plus the fact you werent talking to a black person, you just called one... that name.

After writen it down in english what is not so easy for a spanish dude that lives across the world in Spain ( Europe ) where we speak spanish. Lot easier said than done...


Banning IP's - especially for those members (FORMER members, I should actually say) who utilize proxies - is more difficult than what You Might think.

Trust me... it's an ongoing issue here.

'Sides, there are several "banned" members in particular I can think of right now that have MULTIPLE user accounts. Can you imagine the logistics of trying to track down each member's IP address?? Hell, there are over 10,000 members here... it would be next to impossible to comb through each account and verify the address. Better to leave it as it is... and just deal with each occurrence as it presents itself.

true ... banned people can just use web browser proxies to get back in,
But tracking down IP's isnt that hard .... Admin CP should have IP tools with search feature, and depending on the validating set up if you have a problem member you can screen new sign ups
(just takes a little longer to get new members through)

However ... in most cases a little communication can sort problem members, by actually talking to them and explaining what they have done/are doing wrong,

Mods enforce admins policy's and maintain some sort of order,
but to often (not just talking about this board) Mods take to much upon themselves ......
