Just finished watching the amazing ending of the Raiders-Rams game... Wow!

Recently acquired Baker Mayfield, just 2 days on the team, engineers a spectacular Rams comeback, capped by a 98 yard drive with just 2 minutes left in regulation.
In his excitement, Baker is seen, without a helmet, forcefully head butting many of his fellow teammates.
Seems Baker has a history of head butting. And as we all know, the league has its own history of players experiencing the dangerous effects of concussions and, longer term, CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy).

I don't care if it is his own teammates... he should be fined for putting himself and his teammates in unnecessary jeopardy!

Where's the f**king commissioner? Baker has been doing this quite a while now.

I'd be ok with a small fine, since one of this nature has never been issued before.
Most importantly, it would send a message throughout the league that this irresponsible behavior is unacceptable.

Good question. Goodell is out trying to tamp down on fake injuries.

Total fines of $500,000 were levied against the team, coaches, and the player for allegedly faking an injury. That is the irresponsible behavior the NFL is trying to eliminate.

Pucker Up Butter Cup.
Goodell just wants to add another rule that will help him manipulate games.

I liked him better when he wanted the Steelers to win.

CLARIFICATION: This was levied against the New Orleans Saints. Not Baker and the Rams.
