I came across that website a year ago and thought it was shit. But now I kinda can see a message. A unwanted, unfamiliar, unsecure side of our world. Perheps the sexual world?

Anyway, I'd say its a form of art. As well as actual (literally shit) shit paintings or the vomit paintings. Its all art. The question is how far you go.
