Does anyone remember how at the beginning of December nearly every news outlet in America predicted Gingrich had the GOP nomination in the bag? And then how two weeks later everyone suddenly realized that Paul was the man to solve all of American's problems?
Premium Link Upgrade , now Rick Santorum is surging in the Iowa polls, just in time for Tuesday. Apparently he's ahead of both Gingrich and Paul, aka the saviors of the Republican Party and qualified Obama-banishers.
Can some one please explain to me why the Republicans cannot just accept Romney as the best candidate to take on Obama? What does Santorum bring to the table that the other candidates do not? How many Republicans on this site are going to now start claiming that they had their eye on Santorum since the beginning of the race and they knew he was going to surge?
