Two American brothers
Orville and Wilbur Wright Aviation pioneers credited for inventing
the World’s first successful airplane. Orville piloted the gasoline-powered propeller-driven biplane, which stayed above air for 12 seconds and completed 120 feet on its inaugural flight.
