avi cutting software searched

Is there anyone that can help me giving a name to AVI cutting software so i can create my own clips?

I am not looking for Solveig avi trimmer, because i can give a start and end time, but more of a program that can filter out the good parts.
And by this i mean something like all those baywatch clips that have been appearing over the net since a few years, where you can clearly see they kept the chicks inbut luckily kept the guys out. (Out of a 45 minute episode, you keep 2 minutes of T&A.))

Something like "X-Wave MP3 Cutter Joiner 1.0", but that's for audio only.

If possible freeware.

Sounds like you need some movie editing software...I use Cyberlink Power Producer. You just import the clips you want (avi,mpeg,wmv) and you can trim & edit them, add fades & wipes etc, plus you can add your own music (mp3,wav,wmv).

Uhm...if you don't need anything too fancy and you use windows, Windows Movie Maker works just fine and it's free and it's in your computer already.
