ive been seeing some pretty nice Gif avatars around, i was wondering if anyone knows of a site that has some good Gif avatars.

You can try the following link or Google for more sites, or do what a lot of us do -- make your own avatar in Photoshop or another image editing program: http://www.avatarity.com/ :hatsoff:

Just bear in mind that the avatar limit here is 80X80 pixels and a certain kilobyte limit (can't recall it). Each board is different. You Might need to resize avatars you download/create for each board you're on.

thanks for the fast reply man, ill give it a shot making my own, searched the web a bit but not alot of luck.. i want to try to get the gifs that are like small vids, not a random changing of pics, if that makes sense, heh

You're welcome. The GIFs are out there, but sometimes the best ones are a bit tough to find.

There should be a sticky FULL of links for this type of thing - places to make avatars and sigs, free image hosting sites, image/icon galleries for them etc etc. Maybe should start collecting them all together... hmmm

Maybe just start a thread for it in the members section, add to it slowly - when got a load of decent links make new thread called "useful links" and get it made sticky with everything you need in one easy post at the start.

Give it a shot, 001! My signature set-up thread/sticky has had huge numbers of hits, but a mod (who is no longer a mod) fucking deleted the first, original post I made telling people HOW to set up their sig. :eek: :ban: I no longer get 20 PMs a day asking me how to set up a sig. Thank God! lol
