The 007 license plate is *******, but I don't think there are any laws preventing you from replacing a logo. Many cars look similar enough that the average witness would misidentify the car if it had the the wrong logo.I think it's funny as fuck, but the reality is, it sticks out like a soar thumb, and would likely make it easier to identify. Now maybe if you had a set of those James Bond, flipping license plate things. I'm curious if it's technically *******. There are a lot of little nit picky things that are technically law, but cops let them slide.
I have done a lot of work on cars over the years. Even had a home based paint shop for a while in the 80's. Not a pro by any means but I guess it would be called respectable. Lots of separate skill for sure. My ex *******-in-Laws ****** made his living and raised his ****** by restoring Model A's One or two a year. he was an expert. Now the cost of restorations is so immense it is almost pointless for most people to attempt. And most are not really interested anymore anyway.
