Assassin's Creed: Revelations

They did leave the last one wide open. I'll rent it like I did the last 3. I won't buy it though because I know I'll only play through once and be done with it. The first one was very repetitive. AC2 was more of the same, to the point I never even finished it. AC:Brotherhood, I found to be quite enjoyable for some reason. It was well presented. Even still no replay value after one play though.

I love this series so I'll buy it, even though I'd rather be done with Ezio and move on to AC III. The only thing I didn't like in AC:Brotherhood was the multiplayer, IMO it was terrible and felt tacked on.

i like the fact that the story itself somewhat debunks religion. i also like the play play style. as much as i love the Prince of Persia series at least with AC, everything in your environment is usable (grabbing on to ledges, bricks sticking out of walls etc.) everything is accessible for your disposal.

im really excited for this one. i have all of the first 3, from what ive heard about this one, it follows Ezio some more but it takes you to the Ottoman empire area, which will be a nice change of scenery. wasnt a fan of the one city thing of the last one, didnt like taht Rome was the only location to play in. im also interested in seeing what happens in the present, the ending to the last one left me witha WTF impression

yea, same here.

They're really milking this garbage franchise. Most dissapointing games of all time.

confused with Halo

Both of them are (Halo and AC), and I have to agree with STDiva, every year this game gets hyped and I'm told "buy it dude it's awesome", then I get disappointed with the first one... then they tell me "you have to play the 2nd one, it's much better", then I'm disappointed again, then I'm told to try brotherhood and I'm disappointed yet again. I can understand this game being a sleeper hit or being a cult classic for some people but its success astonishes me, and it's crazy that they pump out 1 of these games each year.

Regardless, I'm still going to play this probably, I'm sure a friend or my girlfriend will buy this. Hopefully it will live up to the hype, I have been changed into a fan of some series' on their later sequels, maybe this one will impress me.

Well, I did like the fighting in Brotherhood, so I'll probably buy Revelations..

Just finished AC2 and loved it.So i'll be getting Brotherhood and Revelations on the cheap and play them too.

Looking forward to AC3 as it looks like a right belter.I might just pay the full whack for that one :D
