They absolutely exist.

You have people getting ass implants in clinics that can be relatively safe. You also have people injecting stuff right into their rear end. People have died from injecting industrial-grade silicone and other materials into their rear ends and thighs. It's especially common among black women, carribean latinas in NYC as well as black transsexuals, who account for most of the deaths.

As for fake butts, Gina Lynn comes to mind. Her ass looks very unnatural and seeing that she's had her nose, lips and tits done, it's even more likely that she'd be willing to get her ass done.

Some people have said that Lacey Duvalle got her ass injected with silicone, but I'm not sure if these newer pictures aren't the result of having a kid or a fish eye lens. She looked like an angel when she was younger, but had a pretty small ass. I've heard that she's got a fake booty but I'm not too sure about it.
