asking out someone at work???

On Tuesday the rep from hoist will be coming to my store for her monthy visit. She is very talkitive so its hard to tell if she is flirting or just being herself. Anyway its a fine line asking out someone you work with, if she says no i have to deal with it everyday. I need help man what should i do? What signs should i look for, AND more inportantly what should i say? Thanks
