no i don't know them personally but i do briefly check out their shows
before i hit the sack. however, if you were on i'd watch the whole show.

Do you have very little body hair naturally or do you wax yourself (all over)? Not sure how many notice this about you but it's the first thing I noticed (being a fan of smooth skin and all :tongue and wondered if you were just naturally beautiful that way.

I was a gymnast and also a cyclist.

I train about 100 miles a week on the bike.

3 hrs of yoga per week approx.

4 weights sessions per week so that each muscle gets trained once per week.

I split it....
Legs
chest / triceps
back / biceps
Shoulders / abs

Each session is about 45 mins doing 10 reps x 3 sets x 3 exercises per muscle group.

The photos are in my own gym so I dont have to travel xxx
