Whisk is very dangerous when you have a lot of steel there anyway!
I cycle about 50 miles a week. I have my own gym that I use most days and I do Yoga.
I love cycling but its the Yoga that gives me the flexibility.

Since we're ALL fans of Miss Hybrid here, I would just like to ask everyone
to make sure you keep voting for Miss Hybrid EVERYDAY because she
dropped down one spot today to # 47, so we have to give her a BOOST
RIGHT NOW to make sure she stays in the Top 50 where she belongs, OK !!!
I know none of us would want to let her down, so please do her a favor and
spread the word about Miss Hybrid and get your friends to vote for her also,
because she can use every vote she can get right now. I want to see Miss Hybrid
continue to have FUN here answering all of our questions next week when she's
