I hate to make fun but who gets sliced like that anymore?With the advancement in breast augmentation surgery, it makes you wonder how long ago she got hers done.I don't think doctors cut like that anymore.I thought they either go through the aereola(spelling?) or I've heard that they go through the navel area.Her job looks so early 90's.

I think that you're partially correct, that is not the preferred incision; however, I believe that certain implants must be placed that way due to their size, i.e. silicone implants are prefilled and thus larger, so they require that larger incision, whereas sailine are first placed into the breast then inflated, so they can be placed with different incisions.
