Are You Brand Loyal?

What are you brand loyal to and why? I was thinking about this and I could only come up with a few brands that I'm loyal to. I'm a big coffee drinker and so when it comes to coffee I'm loyal to Dunkin Donuts. It's cheap and I find that the service is quicker than say Starbucks because they're not making these super complicated drinks. The other brand that I'm loyal to is Every Man Jack. They make men's grooming products like body wash, shampoo, deodorant, etc. I'm only loyal to their body wash because it's made from naturally derived products and it lathers up well and gives you a good clean

I would love to say I'm a loyal Ford man but right now I have a trailblazer and a 2015 CRV. Both great cars but I would rather have a Ford Edge. I like Old Navy but their cargo shorts suck so I've been gettin' mine from Aeropostale and AEO. So am I brand loyal? Kind of.

I'm a Nintendo guy. I don't think that will ever change.

Marlboros....gotta be Marlboros.

Other than that,I'm inconsistently brand loyal. I've owned three Fords, two Pontiacs, and a GMC so far, but I can name at least one car from 1955 to now that I'd happily own.

My glasses have to be Ray-Bans....the ones not made in China.

I have favorites, but that's not quite the same.

Brazzers loyal. They have the most HD video and photos available. I enjoy HD video but I like having the photos as well.

Johnson's baby oil with vitamin E and aloe.

I've tried other and cheaper brands but they just don't perform as well so I stick with the best.

I am in certain areas, but in others not so much.

Vehicles: I've had only 3 in my entire life and they've been Chevy Van, GMC Jimmy and currently Isuzu Rodeo. The 1st one was what I could afford. The next 2 I based them on what I liked, regardless of brand.

Computers: Only my 1st one, my Gateway was brand new. After that, I've rescued :D four 2nd or 3rd hand computers --- an HP, a Compaq and 2 Dells.

Electronic Equipment: No preference. Have had many brands.

Jeans: Definitely gotta be Levi's.

Shoes / Sneakers: No preference. I just go by look, fit and price at time of need and purchase.

Cola Sodas: For most of my life I used to be solidly adamant that Coke was IT, and Pepsi need not apply. Well, somewhere along the line, I gave Pepsi a chance and now it's OK. Coke is still solidly #1, but periodically for a change of pace or if there is a sale I can't refuse, I'll get Pepsi.

Pizza: Definitely Pizza Hut. Especially when the jousting conversations get going regarding it vs. Papa John's. Of course, when money is short, then it's Little Caesar's. :1orglaugh

What about you MUSICIANS out there? I'll bet most of y'all are very brand loyal when it comes to musical equipment.

In my musician days, in my early and brief stint as a Guitar Player I was too young to be able to afford the luxury of being picky as far as Guitar brand went. :1orglaugh But, I remember at the time, Fender was supposed to be THE Amp brand to get.

When I had then switched over to Organ / Keyboard playing, I didn't stick to any particular brand there either. I've had Farfisa and Fender Contempo Organs. And I have a Yamaha YC-30 Organ and a Kawai and a Casio Keyboard right now.

I remember back at the time, when it came to Microphones, SHURE was the brand to have.

Right Guard Fresh spray antiperspirant is the one item I always have and never use anything else. Dunkin' Donuts bag coffee is my first choice, but I'll buy McCafe bag coffee if it's on sale. I do most of my grocery shopping at H-E-B, unless it's something they don't carry I usually don't go anywhere else. Planters dry roasted sunflower kernels, I buy others but they're my go-to. Other than that, I can't think of anything I won't ditch for a competitors product under the right circumstances.

I used to be "loyal" to certain brands, but no more. I used to try to support the companies and brands that supported the racing series, teams or drivers that I've followed over the years. I still have preferences for certain brands, but I'm not loyal. Like with coffee, I like Seattle's Best #5 (strong). But if I find another coffee that delivers the same punch for less money, I'll buy that. Seattle's Best is a Starbuck's brand, but it's cheaper than Starbuck's. I used to be loyal to Apple products and most of the electronics gear I have is Apple. But with the death of Jobs and the transformation of the company into a money making machine that takes political stands under Tim Cook, and not so much focused on "it just works" anymore, I'm hoping that Windows 10 is good and that's what will probably power my next PC and laptop setups. I've been an Apple fan since the mid 80's. Great job fucking that up, Timmy. If they made more apps for it, I'd have no problem ditching my iPhone and going with a Windows Phone. In fact, what I'd really like to have is a BlackBerry Passport. I like John Chen. Plus they sponsor the Mercedes AMG F1 team. But apps are few and they don't have a phone that will work on my carrier right now. I would switch carriers, but the others don't work as well where I live.

I'm still a fan of certain car brands (older Jaguars) and maybe I am a little loyal to one (Subaru). But as I grow older and see how companies generally take their customers for granted, I don't think any of them deserve customer loyalty.

Generally I'm too concerned with budget to have the luxury of only buying from specific brands, but there are some that I won't stray from. Kraft Mac and Cheese is the only Mac and cheese I'll eat. Thankfully that one is cheap. Otherwise... Sure, I have my favorites, but I'll easily disregard them if there's someone else selling it for a lower cost.

Yes. I always use Irish Spring Soap, Maxwell House coffee, Drew Estate cigars, Harley Davidson motorcycles, Charmine toilet paper, and Shell gasoline. I'm sure there are others, but I can't really think of the right now

Use to be a Sony Pony , but i recently fell outta love with the brand.I would buy almost anything they would release.

An acquaintance of mine was like that. Can anybody think of a consumer electronics company that fell as far and as fast as Sony did? I mean, they dominated in boom boxes, portable music players (the Walkman), TVs, laptops, etc. Now Sony is like :flaccid: I guess they're still hanging in there with the Playstation. But isn't that about it these days???
