Well, she says her name is "michelle" in the video, and "shelly" in "Shelly Nichols" could be short for that. One of the Playboy "Women of Worldcom" (2002) was a "Michelle Nichols". Could that be the same person? It's approximately the right-ish year, but the name is so common it could just be a coincidence.
