Are liberals more adverse to differing opinions?

they are after all the ones who came up with speech codes, safe spaces and hate speech.

what's wrong?

In the whole confederate war memorials being torn down discussion I brought up that liberal lion - FDR putting 120,000 Americans into concentration camps based on their race and whether that justified removing Roosevelt from our currency and monuments and school names.

Not one of the board libs addressed that.

Is it the name-calling and sophomoric highjinks you really object to? I admit, I'm a kid-at-heart still. Or is it that your position is bankrupt? And when there are those who can point that out, with clarity, that can't be.

Not a good start when the OP contains outright falsehoods. You know, that you can look up. On this forum. Like, with the search.

But, nevermind. Let's go to your level: Fuck conservatives!

If I missed it, I apologize. Can you quote it?

I could. But you can use the search as well as I can. I will, however, repeat the sentiment, and give this thread more than just passing snark.

In short: That's a huge black mark on FDR's legacy. One can soften that with context, one can equivocate, but the bottom line is, that sucked.

He yet remains the liberal lion. Why? For the same reason that statues of Lee are getting taken down, and not Washington and Jefferson. The differences those statues are pretty straight-forward, if you can get over "Fuck libruls!" long enough to get there.

...but also: Fuck conservatives.

wait, you said my claim was a falsehood. I pointed out the FDR example in at least two threads on the topic. I waited but there were no replies by you or yours addressing that.

quote it if was a falsehood.

You can refer back to any one of a number of threads on this subject and find responses from me and others on the issue of what divides those who fought for the confederacy and those who didn't. If you refuse to believe those explanations that's fine with me but I'm not rehashing this again hoping that it finally sinks in, fox. And please don't tell me to go find them....they aren't that hard to locate.

please quote it. on the FDR issue. I was anxiously awaiting your rebuttal but never got it. You offered something vague as I recall.

rattrap just now said what FDR did was wrong. so there's that.

I can't get there. Please elaborate.

Why shouldn't FDR monuments be torn down and his name removed from our currency and our schools?

And conservatives are so open to differing opinions that don't involve Christianity, the plight of the white man, every citizen being able to have basic human rights or needs satisfied only if they work for it, or freedom of speech (unless it's on behalf of corporations or supporters)...

You're right, this is solely a liberal problem

Quantifying it doesn't mean anything if you can't readily prove that your math is any more correct than my math, or mine than yours. Both sides are adverse to differing opinions and that's all that can and needs to be said about it.

I used the word "solely", and I used it because your post (and your track record) consists of calling out liberals for behavior that one can easily see is exhibited by both sides if you bother to investigate; you somehow always seem to overlook that for every thread or article you post, whether it's quoting a "reputable" news source (aka Breitbart) or just stating your own opinion, that there are usually just as many examples or opinions countering yours. I can at least attempt to be impartial by claiming where I see fault on both sides, your myopic viewpoint never strays beyond "libruls idiots, here why".

If you even bothered to admit where your own party had faults or could present a reasonable argument why the liberal viewpoint is a flawed one I'd take notice. Right now, with BC gone you're flailing and trying to make your notions accepted as fact when others can see them for what they are; your point of view, and yours alone.

Signing off "rebuttals" with personal attacks and, "eat a bowl of dicks" might indicate a mild aversion to the person and or opinion being offered.

Speaking of aversions as opposed to being adverse to a thing, I believe this is where certain members would employ one of those cute little asterisks with a "corrected" version of what was attempted to be conveyed, you know, the burden of being the smartest person in the room and all.
