Are Angel Long and Ashley Long related?

Anyway, does anybody know if Premium Link Upgrade and Premium Link Upgrade are related? I ask not just because of the last name, but because they are also both British and have very similar builds. Plus, they've worked together a few times (like this great set - Premium Link Upgrade ). Just curious.
