Anyone think this is where first offense juvenile delinquents should go if get busted for any major crime? Major crime as in carjacking, gang involvement, assault, ****, or any of that nature. I'm not talking about petty silly things like graffiti, vandalizing, or stuff like that that most **** will usually grow out of or realize later on how stupid they were. I'm meaning the grade school/high school felons.
