Anyone ever given and/or received a pity fuck?

I was talking over the phone with a female friend of mine moments ago who had such an encounter. She gave a pity fuck to a friend of hers who caught his girl friend cheating on him a month ago. Apparently the poor bastard was really attached to this girl(a clear ********* of the first rule of pimping) and has been an emotional train wreck since(I.E. ****** all day long like a pussy). I'm not sure if this was some shameless attempt by this guy to score him a piece, but this situation made me curious as to how often this **** really happens.
