No Reid fan, but the Republican House has something to do with it as well.
Budget resolutions are not subject to filibuster and only require a simple majority to pass. The 2009 budget resolution was ****** with only 48 votes, for example. The Democrats currently have 53 Senate seats, the only (believable) excuse for not passing a budget resolution is that sitting Democratic Senators did not wish to cast a vote for a budget resolution that may have been viewed as politically "inconvenient."

As a "fucking liberal, allow me to explain; no budget has been ****** in order to provide a smokescreen for the shuffling off of about $16 trillion in about 1,250 days.
Given that there's no budget, it's rather hard to trace the money, but the allocation of cash, but it goes a little something like this:
$1 Trillion to Kenya
$1 Trillion to Al Quaeda
$1 Trillion to the African-American community.
$1 Trillion to assorted liberal senators.
$1 Trillion extra funds for painful, slow and messay abortions at 7 months pregnant, wether the parents wanted them or not.
$1 Trillion to Obama's bank account.
$1 Trillion presidential expenses for white rent boys, weed, NBA passes, weed, KFC, weed, watermelon, weed, rap music CDs and more weed.
$1 Trillion spent ensuring that american state military secrets (eg the technology behind the F222 Raptor) were distributed to the entire Middle East, Russia, China and Africa.
$1 Trillion to "sensitivity camp" - an organisation that hires agents to befriend good young Arkinsaw and Bible belt boys after church, then lead them off on camping trips, where their drinks are spiked and they're taught the joys of sucking large black cocks.
$1 Trillion to undermining legitamite business by funding "green" (eco-terrorist) organisations),
$1 Trillion spent on Liberal propoganda.
$1 Trillion spent on "diplomatic" gifts to leaders of other nations.
$1 Trillion spent on "integration classes" Where the ********* of nice bible-belt folk from states like South-Carolina are tempted away to shopping, then drinks, with ladies hired to spike their drinks and introduce them to African-American gentlemen.
No condoms are supplied, as the intent is to "integrate" the South with the superior specimen of the African man.
$1 Trillion spent equally on burning Bibles and introducing classes on the Khoran into schools.
$1 Trillion is kept in a room in the White House as spare change. He says that this is the change that he promised voters. But he keeps it all for himself. Weird how Liberals are only ever generous to hopeless or shitty causes, eh?
So yeah, those 15 Trillion dollars are all I could track down. Trust the Liberals to just lose a Trillion dollars. Douches.
Think term limits are very bad idea. How about Congressional Term limits?

Think term limits are very bad idea.
What I say about term limits is we already have them, they are called elections. If enough people in any given election think people should only serve a set amount of time that is there choice. Also people need to understand that term limits could only be done on a state by state basis. The Federal govt is prohibited from telling states such things. So lets say Missouri set term limits and NJ (which never would) does not. That would mean our NJ representatives would have much more seniority and have much more influence and power.Me too. Don't wait every 4 years to vote, do it every time there is any kind of election in your district. Keep the good ones and vote the **** out. If my school wants me to pay more money to them then I want to know why and who thinks this a good idea. Now I get 2 votes. 1 for who brought up this idea and another for my decision to spend the money.
Which one?I actually find this to be about the most believable reason I've heard yet.
