Any Hummus Eaters?

I just started eating hummus and that shit is fire. I like eating it with pretzels and these pita chips I found. How do you more experienced hummus eaters eat it?

When I was little, my dad and me used to open a container of hummus and a bag of blue corn chips and finish off both of them in an afternoon. I've had it with pretzels, pita chips, on sandwiches, and fresh, in Israel, with pickles, peppers, warm pita, and a little pool of olive oil floating on top. Delicious.

I like Fresh & Easy's the best. It's got better flavor than sabra, anyway. Those pita chips they serve with single serving sabra? They taste like cat food.

That shit will plug you up.

This place by me called Sunnin Lebanese Cafe is my favorite place for hummus. Very tangy and flavorful. I like to spread it on the flatbread after it's stuffed with chicken breast or steak. The worst hummus I've had is from this place at the Century City Food Court that tastes like cold goat diarrhea.

How do you know what cold goat diahrea...diarhea...the shits tastes like? Goddamn it, it's Baconsalt! Get a rope.

Hummus is a god damn American Treasure.

I like to use a baguette or vegetables.
Try baba ganoush it is the same area as the hummus, it has a picture of an eggplant on it.

Flour tortillas work better than pita or vegetables. Just rip 'em up and go to town.

You all made me decide to go and find a shop that sells good hummus here and taste it. I'll keep you posted!

I just eat it with regular tortilla chips, as pita bread isn't my thing.

I do love making my own hummus, though it's been a while since I've done it. Add the chickpeas, some garlic, salt, olive oil, and experiment with other seasonings and ingredients, such as cheese (would recommend parm, romano, and asiago), pepper, cayenne pepper, a little bit of lemon, etc. Blend it all up in a food processor.

I don't eat liberal food. Kale, Hummus, and Tabooly Tacos don't make my menu.

Like it with cucumber and black olives. Crumble up falafel with it. Like Tzaziki. Also various hot feta dips.
