Watched Scott Pilgrim with my best mate last night. Needless to say, "Stacey" here was a highlight. Lovely girl.
It's not time dependent (unless you have given out too much or the recipient received too much in 24 hours). When it says you have to spread the reputation around, you literally have to rep 25 people before you can go round again.

The problem is that there aren't 25 people posting good stuff in the celebrity section, which is where I mostly hang out.
I know there are others I could rep, but I keep forgetting that Freeones uses just the number of people as the limit. I hang out on other boards that use this same software and you can rep people again after a time limit, so it's easier to rep people when you are as discerning as I am.
The problem is that there aren't 25 people posting good stuff in the celebrity section, which is where I mostly hang out.
Yeah. You end up repping everyone on your contacts list in a cycle until you have chance to rep the person whose great post you want to mark your appreciation for.... and after 25 turns, you've probably forgotten what it was anyway. Before you know it you're a "collector." And that's just saaaaaaad.
