Lol I'm a Canadian girl and don't say 'Eh' either...
I sometimes say 'Meh' though ..... meh as in men, not may.
I always thought it was weird that 'Eh' is pronounced 'Ay' lol.

Anyways in the town I grew up in, it was mostly the pot-heads and red-necks that said 'Eh'. Not saying that is only the ones who say it lol but that is what I found.
