But, seriously, yeah, I can see that no doubt pulling off some Hot difficult moves on the Pole requires strength and technique.
Otherwise you'll end up not being able to pull them off and might even wind up falling on your head or on your back.

Yes! Some moves are REALLY hard and require a lot of precision... I haven't learned anything mind-blowingly awesome yet, but even some of the "simpler" moves that look so easy take awhile to master... then there's the strength factor involved. I had terrible upper body strength when I first started and had to do a lot of strengthening exercises to get to where I'm at now. But it's so much fun and seriously one of my fave things to do (aside from taking naughty pics & vids, of course! ), which is why I have a pole set up right in the middle of my living room all year round!
