Has it allowed you to do it, since the new board has been up? They changed things a while back, and I have no clue who you are, or how often you come on. I just noticed you had less then 100, and suggest that. I can't remember the exact date they switched, but if you can't do what you used to, after you get 100, I would suggest one of the many "new board" threads on the "talk" page, or pm a mod. I don't know what all changed exactly.
