Did anyone catch the story on panorama the other night? It was about ******* dog fighting. I as an owner of two Staffordshire’s was absolutely disgusted with the barbaric way in which these men manipulate a dog am instinct and use it for their own gain.
I know that both of my dogs would defend me and my ****** with its life because its part of their nature. I know that this breed of American pit-bull can be very vicious indeed BUT it is seldom the case when one is a born killer, they are trained to be this way by the irresponsible owners in a bid to get street status.
We have 2 ******** 2 + 4 and I would trust my dogs with my **** before most ****** members to be honest.
It is a HUGE tragedy that ******** and adults get hurt and in cases ****** by these ******* but it is not the fault of the poor dog, who is only acting on what its owner has taught it. Dogs admire their owners and do whatever their MASTER tells them, both our dogs are remarkably obedient and never act up.
There was 1 part that showed 2 huge pit-bulls fighting for 45 minutes, tearing flesh off each other while the men goaded the two poor dogs till one of them give in, these dogs will fight to the last breath for their master. At the end of the fight the losing dog was taken outside and a crocodile clip put on its ear and tail, it got doused in water, then the callous bstard electrocuted the poor dog, I was in floods of tears and am infact weeping is I write this. How could anybody do that to an ******, knowing that the last 45 minutes of that dogs life were spent giving everything it had to please its owner. Then refer to it as “more chain space”
I just wanted to ask peoples opinions on this subject.
