I said the FULL budget. Do you really think they need to worry about a "black budget" they can get the rest of it through appropriations. It's not disclosed what the full budget is but they get their money just fine.

Watch this film. The whole thing is posted here on YouTube. This film has excellent reviews. One of the best drug documentaries on the net.

Not to mention that while it might not be disclosed I'm sure knowledgeable experts going over the U.S.'s budget data and analyzing it could figure out the CIA's budget to within a ball park figure most years.
