A year and a couple of months later ... Everyone's guesses were not accurate because I never saw that tattoo of a star on any of the women mentioned. I did however JUST found a girl who has the same tattoo in the same location. I also noticed similar features. I can't find the set of pictures this one possibly could have came from though.

Dani Bolina is the most likely model of the picture ... let's do some more research!
