Sadly, Tessa is not the norm. 98% of petite busty girls are shy like young deer when it comes to topless pictures. Heck, I had two girlfriends, both about 5"4' tall, both size S and with a 36C bust - still, I don't have one topless picture of them, because both thought they were not "pretty" enough, just because they don't look like Victorias secret models. That's why I learned to be thankful for every petite busty girl that dares to take her clothes of and shows their rack to the whole wide world (which so often also includes the old, hairy, sweaty, overweight weirdo) and not only to their boyfriend in the bedroom.
Still, I believe her boyfriend should secure (=marry) her ASAP. She seems to be a funny, cute girl, and he'd be pretty stupid to let such a 10/10 slip away.
